Neil Sharman

Neil has been involved in the industry since 2002 and is a Licensed Private Investigator and Licensed Commercial Agent. Neil commenced working in the industry upon completion of a Bachelor of Justice (Investigations and Policing) at the Queensland University of Technology and a Certificate 2 (Investigations Services). Prior to the inception of Sharmans, which formerly traded as Sharman Investigation Group Pty Ltd, Neil held senior management positions within the industry and gained years of experience in Insurance Investigations, Skip Tracing, Background Screening and Process Serving.

Neil is the sole Director of Sharmans and carries a forward thinking vision in Investigations, Process Serving and Pre-Employment Screening. Neil has progressed Sharmans to be a market leader in its field and continues to direct Sharmans into the future with energy and vision.

Kylie Hannigan

Kylie came to Sharmans in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Justice (Investigations and Policing) (Honours), along with completing a Minor in Criminal Psychology, at the Queensland University of Technology.

Kylie has successfully applied her research and analytical skills into her role at Sharmans and has become a recognised specialist in the area of Skip Tracing and Investigations.

Kylie was admitted as a Lawyer by the Supreme Court of Queensland in June 2015.

Robert Silec

Robert joined Sharmans in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Justice (Criminology) and has developed into an expert in the field of Skip Tracing and Location Enquiries. Robert brings to Sharmans a high level of research and analytical skills and an enthusiastic and passionate approach to his work.

Robert continues to develop into a recognised expert in his field of Skip Tracing, Location Enquiries and advanced Missing Persons investigations. Robert is also a member of our Investigations Division and undertakes Background and Asset Investigations.

Alex Tallon
Process Serving Manager

Alex is our Field Services Coordinator and manages the Field Services Division. Alex joined Sharmans in 2010 after completing a Bachelor of Justice (Police and Information Technology) at the Queensland University of Technology. Alex brought to Sharmans, high levels of skill and qualification in computer based research and information technology, along with high levels of analytical and research skills.

Alex moved from the Locations Division in 2011 after successfully applying his skills as an expert in the areas of Skip Tracing and Location Enquiries. Alex now manages the Field Services Division with the same level of accuracy and efficiency and employs and energetic and friendly approach to his work.

Leon Thach
Field Agent

Leon joined Sharmans in 2016 as a Process Serving & Field Call Co-Ordinator, and now heads up our Field Agent network in Brisbane.
Leon has managed large portfolios for clients across the legal, insurance and finance industries and is now applying his skills and experience in the field.

Leon is a key part of our Field Agent development in the Brisbane and greater Brisbane regions.
