Our Process Serving Division manages our Enforcement Hearing service and assists clients with the various stages of the enforcement process, including:

• Service of Enforcement Hearing Summons;
• Oral Examination and completion of Statement of Financial Position;
• Representation at Enforcement Hearing.

Queensland is one of the few states in Australia that allow Commercial Agents to represent the creditor at an Enforcement Hearing. Our Commercial Agent’s have years of experience in attending Enforcement Hearings to assist the creditor in obtaining the best possible outcome.
